NRK collects enquiry details submitted through the contact form so the team can respond to prospective clients, manage pipeline activity, and improve the service.

Submitted data may include name, email address, company, selected services, budget range, project message, and operational notes added inside the admin CRM. This data is stored in Supabase and may be processed through EmailJS for enquiry notifications and confirmations.

Admin and AI features use server-side secrets only. Authentication tokens are short-lived and used solely to protect private administrative tools.
